Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it, with its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

For product quality issues, damaged items, packaging issues, or wrong items received, please contact us and provide relevant photos. If your request is approved, we may offer a free return label, replacement, refund, or other suitable solution.

For returns due to personal preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you return instructions and, when applicable, a return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue accordingly.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used beauty products cannot be returned unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. We also do not accept returns for custom products, special orders, personalized items, or final sale items.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopened, with its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
